Return Policy

Customers will be refunded for the price of the item only; all shipping charges will be absorbed by the customer. If free shipping is applied to the original order, a 20% restocking fee will be applied on the return, and the customer shall be refunded the price of the item minus 20%. All orders must be returned within 30 days and must be in new condition with all necessary components.

If a gift is returned, the cardholder who bought the gift will be issued a refund to their credit card, OR the party returning the item may use the cost of the item as store credit.

Shipping Policies

We do not ship internationally. A United States address will need to be submitted in the "Ship To" fields within the order.

Free Shipping does not apply to shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.
